Dick Clark's Malibu Retreat

This Malibu property was the late Dick Clark's retreat. Even though he lived much of the time on another estate in Malibu this is where he could get away from it all. The TV just had rabbit ears and the property went viral on the Internet when it was first published. Over 29,000 people clicked my photographer's copyright notice in tiny text at the bottom of the video.
