Sweetwater Mesa

On 50-plus acres overlooking the heart of Malibu we documented the area to market it for sale. Eventually it was purchased by a Edge, a member of U2 who hired the most ecologically minded and innovative architect Wallace Cunningham to design five homes that blended into the land. The project's principles were to keep it simple but be able to access dozens of photos, notes and PDF documents. A clinical look but all the information one needed to see just what was being proposed. Unfortunately, Malibu residents denied him the approval to do that in the end.
